Maribel De Leon is an independent film producer and co-founder of TZOM Films (tzomfilms.com), a full-service motion picture company that has produced content in a wide array of fields. As a Mexican-American business owner, she is an advocate of initiatives that will bring more diversity to the local and national film community.

Karina Lomelin Ripper is a first generation Mexican-American and an independent director and producer. You can check out her work at Fort Ripper (fortripper.com). She is also the co-chair of the Portland Film Fatales.
