Creatives of Color Oregon (COCO): Sound Bath & Quarantine Check-In
03/18/2021 03:00 PM - 05:00 PM PT

Summary

OMPA invites the BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community to join us for an evening of self-care and reflection as we approach one year of coping with the pandemic. We will begin with a space for discussion to talk about how we’ve survived, share tactics and resources for maintaining our mental health and general well-being while building community.

The last 30 minutes of the meeting will feature a sound bath led by the amazing Yaara Valey, providing us a moment of self-care to relax and decompress.

RSVP for a limited number of spaces.
Note: COCO is an event by and for communities of color.
